Every word is real (no generative AI this time, haha), probably with some grammar mistakes, XD, written by us, the real INGENIOUS, from an action figure collector, a videographer, an ex-football referee, a squash addict, a ballet dancer, and more - the list keeps growing.
OUR STORY began with two big ideas: we wanted to create a company with the purpose of making people feel highly engaged and love their job. And the global agency Publicis was looking for a team to help them develop the most amazing tech products and drive transformation in the marketing industry. This was how Ingenious Lion hub was born.
How do we turn these two ideas into reality?
It helps a lot to have a forward VISION of work-life. We embrace the diversity of each self-value, empower the "one size doesn't fit all" philosophy, and most importantly, we believe that you don't need to put up a mask. When we hire, we hire your true self and your world, from family to pets and hobbies or even hidden talents.
Being your true self and bringing along your world is what makes this team special.
Besides all of that, we have our core values , built around a table with pen, paper, and everyone's inputs. Together we decided what our meanings for Joy, Honesty, Connectivity, Greater World, and Own Challenger would be.
In the end, we are all a bunch of people who like to smile and say Good Morning, enjoy freedom to speak out and share ideas, and want to do better: work better, have a better life balance, be a positive impact on society, and contribute to a better world.
You are probably most interested in how we work... and it's a YES for the fully remote based in Portugal. Truly, there is no grey area.
So imagine this: you wake up in the morning, have your coffee, it's a rainy day so you decide to work from home... or it's a great sunny day and you feel like going to the office, get together, exchange some ideas, play some Padel at lunchtime.
You will have a workspace by the sea in Porto and at Lisbon center, the PUB (an anti-office concept) where you will find a library, a sweat room, Area 51, some bank lockers, a dragon's head, sun loungers, and more. All of that, just because... why not?
From your side, we just need you to be nice, creative, competent, and committed to creating something meaningful, and the rest will follow.
